While learning to cool down the inflammation in myself with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I found that the common denominator in most illness is inflammation caused or perpetuated by foods that make us sick. Trying to dissect a menu as a beginner is difficult and I began cooking my own meals that I knew worked to ease the discomfort. It’s easier when you know the ingredients and have a plan.
