But who am I to talk about healthy eating?

Hi! I’m Sonya Dusthimer, a Health Coach helping women living with Autoimmune Disease. After more than 20 years learning to communicate with the medical establishment and understanding the importance of food and its relationship to health, I have learned how to manage what once seemed unmanageable and am now sharing this with others. Also, since our mind has so much control over our Health, I am also a Certified Meditation Instructor.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. I received Board Certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner by The American Association of Drugless Practitioners, as well as The International Association of Health Coaches.
